Listening Circle
Gathering in circles is an ancient practice being revised in our time. A circle has no agenda except to help people listen to their deepest self and build community. Our listening circle follows a set of touchstones that are described below.
Meeting Format
We meet one a month from one hour via Zoom. Each meeting has three parts.
Check In
What's something that is bringing you up and/or down today?

Commitment
Ask yourself if you can commit to showing up once a month for nine consecutive months with five other individuals who are also looking for deeper human connection.
We need other people to help us listen to our inner teacher because the journey is too taxing to be made solo and we need community to find the courage to do this important work. Our time together is opportunity to briefly withdraw from the demands of everyday life so that we may return to the world less divided and more connected to who we want to be.
